A qualified chartered accountant, I bring to St Julian’s Advisory over 15 years’ experience in corporate finance, across M&A, IPOs, debt financing and private equity financing.

Notable recent transactions include advising on the acquisition and financing of the largest mine in the UK, an emergency refinancing of a luxury retail business and the IPO of a PE-backed financial consultancy.

I have spent most of my career in some of the world’s largest professional advisory firms and investment banks, working with a wide range of businesses, from some of the largest listed corporates, to fast growing but small family run businesses.

In the past 10 years, I have executed over 30 M&A, IPO and fundraising mandates across a number of regions and sectors, but predominantly in the mining and natural resources space where I have deep sector expertise and relationships with the major financiers and corporates.
