I was previously a partner with KPMG in Oman where I was Head of Audit and Head of Financial Services.  I represented KPMG at external audit meetings with Central Bank of Oman and met regularly with the executive president of Central Bank.  

 

I led the provision of audit and advisory services to commercial banks, leasing companies, pension funds, insurers, reinsurers, insurance brokers and Islamic banks while with KPMG Oman.

 

I was also the engagement partner with KPMG for: Electricity Holding Group (Nama); several desalination companies; IT companies; Omantel; Ooredoo; and Huawei.  

 

I joined Moore Stephens in December 2018 after 23 years with KPMG and I am partner with Moore Stephens Oman and UAE.

 

I recently led IFRS 17 impact assessment work for insurers in Oman in collaboration with the Moore Stephens South Africa actuarial and insurance team. 

 

My work experience stretches across process re-engineering, external audit, internal audit, accounting advisory, merger advisory, due diligence, valuation, regulatory reporting (including for the power sector),  reporting on projections and IPO advisory.  

 

I was an accredited transaction partner with KPMG and have led engagements to carry out valuations, feasibility studies, due diligence, develop projections to support business plans and other IPO and corporate finance services.
