I joined St Julian’s Advisory a couple of years ago and am currently a Senior Advisor, I spent the last three years leading the flagship Trade Finance Department at Fimbank plc.

I bring 25 years’ experience with a focus on Trade and Commodity Finance, Project Finance and Corporate Finance Incl raising debt and equity for renewable energy projects; M&A and restructuring in banking and financial services Incl Interim Management.

I think I am an interesting Dutch man who can speak five languages including Afrikaans. I enjoy taking long walks which sometimes have turned into half marathons. So it’s rather difficult to keep up with me.

I love dress down Fridays and like the informal, very 'Dutch' direct approach. My aim is to retire on the quiet island of Gozo where I can indulge in books and become a good Chardonnay wine farmer.
