Soon after graduating in Banking and Finance, I delved into investment management. I since embarked on a career which has led me to focus my knowledge and expertise in Emerging and Frontier Markets. I have been engaged as a Director, consultant or advisor for multiple hedge funds, working on a myriad of complex projects and assignments and bring in a wealth of experience in asset management, corporate credit and fund structuring.

 

I have recently held the role of Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of a specialized Emerging and Frontier Markets asset manager. I was engaged for the strategic and tactical asset allocation of proprietary funds.

 

I also have a solid background in global corporate credit, my experience ranges from  the setting up, launch and investment management of a UCITS fund for 5 years.

 

Never one to waste time, I regularly participate as a speaker and panellist at forums and conferences, both locally and internationally, to share my outlook on Emerging Markets.

 

When not putting my thinking cap on, I love to spend time with my kids or cheering for my favourite rugby team.
